The Walterdale Bridge spans the North Saskatchewan River, connecting the intersection of Queen Elizabeth Park Road and Walterdale Hill to the south side with 105 Street to the north.

Shared-Use Path Closure Starts May 22, 2018

On May 22, the City of Edmonton will close the east side of the Walterdale Bridge shared-use path in order to complete work at its south and north accesses. The west sidewalk will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists during this time.

Crews will finalize finishing work and install permanent connections to replace the temporary ones that were developed during the winter.

The closure is expected to last 3 weeks. The path will reopen sooner if the work is completed ahead of schedule.
