The underpass at 137 Avenue and Anthony Henday Drive is being upgraded to include on and off ramps to Anthony Henday Drive.

Design for construction of interchange ramps at 137 Avenue and Anthony Henday Drive is now complete.

The project includes the construction of northbound and southbound on- and off-ramps to Anthony Henday Drive, two new signalized intersections along 137 Avenue at the ramp terminals and the addition of left-turn lanes on 137 Avenue, within the Alberta Transportation/Utility Corridor limits. 

This project will improve access to the northwest industrial area and help to improve traffic flow, while accommodating all users safely and efficiently.

Road construction is anticipated to begin in 2026 and completed in 2027. Additional construction information will be shared as the project progresses.
