Hermitage Park renewal started in June 2021 with anticipated completion in fall 2021. While the park will remain open for use, the main access road will be closed and access to parking lots limited.
Hermitage Park is located in the north-east end of the city. Filled with natural trails, a large off-leash dog area and picnic sites, this park provides users a variety of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Fishing and paddling activities are also available.

Hermitage has 1 picnic site available for reservation during the summer. The park has 24 picnic tables available for drop-in (no fee) use. Additionally, group reservation site tables that are not reserved in advance can be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.
