Shallow Water Aquafit
Aquatic resistance exercises in shallow water to music. No swimming skills required, and all fitness levels can participate.
Deep Water Aquafit
Aquatic resistance exercises in deep water (using flotation belts) to music. Non-swimmers can also participate using a lifejacket.
