Buena Vista Park is located on the north bank of the river, adjacent to Sir Wilfred Laurier Park and Hawrelak Park. Buena Vista means “beautiful view” in Spanish and is home to a large off-leash area and numerous multi-use trails. It also includes the soon to be open Yorath House, the City's newest rental facility, which will be available for year-round bookings starting January 2019.
