There are many EPark parkades and off-street parking lot options in convenient locations around downtown Edmonton and Whyte Avenue. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and does not include "in and out" privileges.

Pay for parking with Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard, or prepaid Mastercard and Visa gift cards using the HotSpot Parking App, by scanning the QR code at the location, or through the online portal.
Parkade Access Notices
City Hall Parkade: Access the parkade from the north at 103A Avenue and 99 Street.
Stanley A. Milner Library Parkade: Access the parkade at the 99 Street entrance. The 100 Street entrance is currently closed.
