City Hall Parkade Closure

The City Hall parkade remains closed until all safety measures for City Hall are completed. Parking is available at Canada Place parkade, Stanley A. Milner Library parkade, or EPark zones on-street. Please contact 311 if you have questions.

Information on parking rates for on-street and off-street parking, including hourly, daily, and monthly rates. Visitors can also find information on the hours of operation for each parking facility, as well as any special events or holidays that may affect parking availability.

On-Street and Event Night Parking

Parking rates are indicated on EPark pay machines.

On-Street Parking Rates

Statutory Holidays *	Free

* Statutory Holidays include New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day and Christmas Day.

Event Night Parking Rates

Time	Rates
5-10pm	$3.50/hr (Maximum 5-hour parking duration) $4.50/hr at Rice Howard Way, 103 Street between 102 Avenue and 103 Avenue, 104 Street between Jasper Avenue and 104 Avenue

Event night parking rates are in effect when there is a major event at Rogers Place. Rates apply to stalls from 97 Street to 109 Street and Jasper Avenue to 107 Avenue.

Accessible Drop-Off Zone
Use the accessible drop-off zone along the north side of 104 Avenue and the west side of 102 Street, north of 104 Avenue.

There are some exceptions to event night parking rates and these include:

Canada Place and Library Parkades
Rice Howard Way **
104 Street - from Jasper Avenue to 104 Avenue **
103 Street - from 102 to 103 Avenue **

** These locations have a 2-hour maximum in effect and vehicles must be moved after 2 hours.
