Access to the Stanley A. Milner Library parkade will change as the 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project transitions into the winter season.
- The parkade entrance at 100 Street will close early January 2026 and reopen in April 2026
The overhead door to the City Hall parkade on 99 Street will be undergoing repairs on Friday, February 6, from 9am to 12pm. Vehicles can still access the parkade at that time but must follow the access route set up on the ramp leading to and from the parkade and obey all posted signs. Please use caution when entering and exiting the parkade.
