Information on parking rates and hours of operation for on-street and off-street parking, including hourly, daily, and monthly rates. This also includes event night rates for the Event Zone near Rogers Place, and specific information for parkades and other off-street parking facilities.
Learn how to pay as EPark has several convenient ways to pay for parking with or without an account.
Enjoy the first 15 minutes for free in all on-street EPark zones! Limit to one zone per day during operating hours. Vehicles must register a parking session in order to receive the 15 free minutes. This is automatically applied at the start of a parking session. It does not apply to City-owned parkades and surface lots.

Event parking rates are in effect when there is a major event at Rogers Place where expected attendance is 5,000 or over. Rates apply to stalls from 97 Street to 109 Street and Jasper Avenue to 107 Avenue.
Accessible Drop-Off Zone
Use the accessible drop-off zone along the north side of 104 Avenue and the west side of 102 Street, north of 104 Avenue.

Due to the 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project, access to the Stanley A. Milner Library parkade has changed. The parkade entrance and exit at 100 Street will be closed from March 2, 2026, until June 26, 2026. The 99 Street entrance and exit remain open for access.
Access to the City Hall parkade from the south at 102A Avenue and 99 Street is unavailable due to the ongoing 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project. Access to the parkade is available from the north at 103A Avenue and 99 Street.
Use this map to find available EPark space on-street or off-street in real time. Tap the zone area to bring up information on the number of available spaces, current rates, and parking time limits. Tap the Pay Now button in the info menu to go to the online payment page to start a parking session.
Use the advanced filter feature to find EPark zones with specific rates or operating times. It can also be used to find loading zones for commercial vehicles, pickup locations for taxi and rideshare services, and personal vehicle waiting.

Use the flyout menu to find detailed information on EPark Zones, Parking and Event Parking Regions, and Accessible Parking.
Businesses and organizations hosting events can submit a request to set up subsidized parking for guests, staff or volunteers in EPark parkades or surface lots. This option is available only for events involving more than 20 participants. Parking costs are billed to the organizer after the event date and are based on use. A $150.00 service fee will apply to all applications. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
