EPark Event Code Request

Businesses and organizations hosting events can submit a request to set up subsidized parking for guests, staff or volunteers in EPark parkades or surface lots. Parking costs are billed to the organizer after the event date and are based on use.

Please fill out the online request form for setting up subsidized parking for guests, staff or volunteers via an EPark event code.

Event codes may only be used for the following:

The event must involve more than 20 participants.
To provide subsidized parking for guests, staff or volunteers in EPark parkades or surface lots.

You will hear back from the EPark team within 2 business days.

Please note the City requires 1 month to program discount codes and set up the agreement and billing. A $150 service fee will apply to all applications.

Data collection is authorized under section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and is managed and protected in accordance with the Act. The City intends to input the information into an automated system to generate content or make decisions, recommendations or predictions in accordance with the City of Edmonton Generative AI Standard (see Council Policies, Standards section).
