EPark Event Code Request

Businesses and organizations hosting events can submit a request to set up free or subsidized parking for guests, staff or volunteers in EPark parkades or surface lots. Parking costs are billed to the organizer after the event date and are based on use.

Please fill out the online request form if you are interested in setting up free or subsidised parking for guests, staff or volunteers via an EPark event code. You will hear back from the EPark team within two business days.

This option is available only for events involving more than 20 participants. Standard EPark rates apply to all participants unless a valid event code is used.

Please note the City requires one month to program discount codes and set up the agreement and billing. A $150.00 administrative service fee is required to set up the agreement. This fee does not cover the cost of parking, which remains the responsibility of the organizer.

Data collection is authorized under section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and is managed and protected in accordance with the Act. The City intends to input the information into an automated system to generate content or make decisions, recommendations or predictions in accordance with the City of Edmonton Generative AI Standard (see Council Policies, Standards section).
