As your business grows and changes you may move to a new location, add new owners, change your business activities or expand your existing space. It is important for you to maintain up-to-date information about your business licence with the City because your licence is only valid when it has accurate information.

You must apply for a new business licence if the business has moved locations or has been purchased, sold, taken over or has merged with another business. In these scenarios do not update your existing business licence.
