Project Update - Summer 2026
Ledcor continues to make construction progress on the pedway project. This includes the completion of the structure for the outdoor tunnel roof in the future “pop-up” entrance located near the CN Tower bus loop on 103A Avenue. This major milestone is part of the final phase of structural work.
Upcoming work will be conducted inside a section of the pedway between Churchill Station and the Edmonton Law Courts. During the closure, crews will install electrical, mechanical and various internal materials and finishes, which is highlighted in our project update. Another area of focus will be the reinstatement of 103A Avenue and 99 Street to allow future access to the City Hall parkade from 102A and 103A Avenue.
