Violation Tickets

If the ticket is written as a Provincial Violation ticket (that is, fare evasion ticket on the LRT and all Transit Bylaws, Gaming and Liquor Act - Drunk in a Public Place, Trespass to Premises Ticket, Tobacco Reduction Act including Youth Tobacco Act tickets), it can be paid at the following location:

Tips for Submitting an Incident

When submitting an incident report or concern to ETS, please include the following:

  • Vehicle number of the bus or LRT car
  • Route number
  • Date and time

Giving this information helps identify the exact vehicle, the operator, and the location of the bus or LRT when the event occurred.
