Application Fee

This is a non-refundable application fee, as outlined below. If your application is approved it will be applied towards your Annual Licence fee.

The application fee must be paid by cheque, payable to "The City of Edmonton" and mailed to this address:

Application Attachments

The application must include an attached sketch or plan of the proposed licence area. You must indicate any items that will be placed or constructed within the licence area, including dimensions and specifications for each item. You may attach a digital file to this application.

Application processing takes a minimum of 30 days.

Note: The Licensee must be an active legal entity registered with the Alberta Corporate Registry














Personal information is collected for the purpose of Licence of Occupation Parking and Storage and will be used for administration of City Operations programs. Collection is authorized under section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and is managed and protected in accordance with the Act. The City intends to input the information into an automated system to generate content or make decisions, recommendations or predictions in accordance with the City of Edmonton Generative AI Standard (see Council Policies, Standards section).
