Project Update - 2021

Phase 2 construction is complete, excluding the outstanding cart path scope located at the 18th hole tee box. Phase 4 is anticipated to begin construction this September with completion in winter 2021. Phase 4 soft landscaping will be completed in spring 2022.

In Phase 4, the open spaces adjacent to the clubhouse will be renewed and improved. Improvements will include operational safety for golfers and pedestrians, surface drainage solutions and increased surface area for cart storage. Golf cart and pedestrian traffic will be separated through respective new accesses and circulation routes. Clubhouse operations will remain active during construction; public access will be provided.
