Formally established in 2010, the Corporate Culture Office is an agent of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) tasked as a central hub to engage employees and leaders in shaping our workplace through culture transformation. The office is dedicated to advancing ELT’s vision for a modern municipal corporation by driving and facilitating culture change across the entire organization.
