Request a Snow Clearing Review

Property owners with snow-clearing invoices related to snow clean-up fees can request a review of those fees on the basis that an error was made. This is not a submission for lodging complaints - complaints should be directed to 311.

A final decision on your review will be made based on the information you include in this submission. Please ensure you have included all relevant details in the form below, as there will be no further consideration once a decision has been made.

Bylaw tickets can NOT be appealed with this form. Please see Parking and Other Bylaw Violation Tickets for your options related to bylaw tickets.
Consideration will not be given to:
- Whether or not the property owner received a warning, which is not required by the Community Standards Bylaw
- Freeze/thaw cycles or infrastructure conditions that result in pooling
- The condition of neighbouring properties
