Property owners with snow-clearing invoices related to snow clean-up fees can request a review of those fees on the basis that an error was made. This is not a submission for lodging complaints - complaints should be directed to 311.

  • Consideration will not be given to:
    • Whether or not the property owner received a warning, which is not required by the Community Standards Bylaw
    • Freeze/thaw cycles or infrastructure conditions that result in pooling
    • The condition of neighbouring properties
