The City accepts applications for decorative crosswalks and alleyways from Business Improvement Areas (BIAs), community groups and businesses. 

Please note:  

  • Applications were accepted between January 15, 2024 to March 7, 2024
  • Applications will be reviewed by the City and applicants will be contacted starting in March 2024
  • Once approved, the City will provide an installation week between May and August; groups are welcome to invite their community on the installation day
  • One application per year will be accepted for a community group or business
  • Crosswalks and alleyways will be invoiced $2,000 + GST each; payment will be required prior to installation
