Edmonton Transit (ETS) offers extensive Park & Ride Service to Edmonton Eskimos football home games.

NEW: Football Park & Ride from Eaux Claires Transit Centre and NAIT

Attention Esks fans: this season ETS has added Eaux Claires Transit Centre and NAIT to the roster of six Football Park & Ride locations. Parking at Eaux Claires is available in the transit centre parking lot.

At NAIT, parking will be free on game days at the D Lot (109 Street and 118 Avenue). Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Burns City Lot: Service cancelled

ETS will no longer operate Football Park & Ride service from the Burns City Lot. Instead, ETS will now offer Football Park & Ride service from the Eaux Claires Transit Centre and NAIT which offer significantly more space for buses and parking, allowing a greater number of football fans from the city’s north and central neighbourhoods to enjoy the Football Park & Ride and ETS’ Free Ticket to Ride program.

Kingsway Mall: Service suspended

Due to ongoing construction at Kingsway Mall, ETS will not offer Football Park & Ride service from this location this season. Instead, customers can use the Football Park & Ride service from  NAIT, Eaux Claire Transit Centre, or Calder Lot.

Customers may also take the LRT from Kingsway LRT Station to Commonwealth Stadium. Travel on the LRT is free with your gameday ticket. Due to ongoing construction and maintenance work this summer, there will be five-car trains on the Metro and Capital Lines which will ease LRT congestion on game days.

Free Ticket to Ride Program

Get to the Game on ETS

Show your ticket. Show your pride. Enjoy the ride.

For those without a pre-purchased Edmonton Eskimos game day ticket, regular fares apply. Your ETS ticket or Monthly Pass is valid for Park & Ride, as is any valid transfer from regular ETS service.

Fans that have purchased their Edmonton Eskimos game day ticket in advance qualify under the Ticket to Ride program. Your game day ticket is valid on LRT or regular ETS bus service for two hours before the game, during the game, and two hours after the game ends.

It’s also your ticket to ride on ETS football Park & Ride service. The Ticket to Ride program is a collaboration between The City of Edmonton and the Edmonton Eskimos to reduce football parking pressure in the surrounding neighbourhoods, reduce traffic congestion and improve pedestrian safety around Commonwealth Stadium. It’s good for the environment, and considering the current price of gas,it’s good for your wallet too. Enjoy the game, and remember to keep your ticket stub for your return trip.

If you're buying your ticket at the gate, regular ETS fares apply for travel to the game. Keep your ticket stub for a free ride home after the game. ETS tickets, monthly passes and transfers are also valid on ETS Park & Ride service.
