  • Is not being used within the specified time frame identified in the agreement, please notify the City in advance of the agreement’s expiry date, so that an amendment to the Right of Entry agreement can be made and issued for the revised dates
  • Differs from the project scope described in the original Right of Entry Agreement, please apply for a new Right of Entry Agreement
