Otter Room

The Otter Room located just inside the Edventure Lodge offers an amazing view of the Otter Exhibit and plaza.

Capacity

Up to 60 guests (with tables) or 104 guests (theatre style)

Rental Fee

$92 per hour (minimum 3 hour rental) or $641 (8 hour rental)

Red Panda Room and Courtyard

The Red Panda Room and courtyard are available for intimate gatherings for up to 12 guests for an indoor / outdoor event.

Multipurpose Rooms

We have three classroom spaces (minimum 3 hour rental), two of which can be expanded into a double classroom to accommodate larger groups.

Capacity

Our double classroom can accommodate up to 100 guests (with tables) or 120 guests (theatre style).

Picnic Rentals

When you book an event during the day you will have access to the Edmonton Valley Zoo’s tented picnic site. Everyone in your party will have access to all public exhibits, including the Urban Farm, daily interpretive talks, and demonstrations.

Rate: $52/hour - minimum 2 hours*

Canopy Picnic Site

Rate: $37/hour - minimum 2 hours*

After Hours Facility Rental

After hours, your group has access to the entire Zoo facility including the Urban Farm. Your guests will have a chance to “Get Closer” to some of our smaller tractable animals. The per person fee with this special package is even more affordable than purchasing individual adult admission passes. We also offer a variety of add-on Zoo experiences to further enhance your event. Please ask your Facility Representative for more information.

Rental Fee – Starts at $1,625

For first 125 guests. Fees for additional guests are $13/person.

Geo Dome

The Geo Domes located along the Wander are available for rental during the winter months, including during Zoominesence.

The Geo Domes are furnished with outdoor patio seating and a heater.
