Instead of three memberships, we will offer two - Value and Benefits Plus - each packed with great benefits, enhanced accessibility to wellness through discounts, and no-hassle terms.

What do I need to do as an All Facility member with a continuous monthly or annual membership?

As an annual All Facility member, you do not need to do anything to take advantage of these changes. Your membership will automatically transition to our new Benefits Plus membership on January 10, 2023, at no additional cost.

What do I need to do as an All Facility monthly pass holder?

As a monthly All Facility customer, you can keep your pass until it expires. When it does, you can purchase a Benefits Plus or a Value monthly pass.

What do I need to do as a Facility Plus member with a continuous monthly or annual membership?

As a continuous monthly Facility Plus member, you are able to keep your current membership active for 12 months (until December 31, 2023). After this time, you will need to choose to purchase a Benefits Plus or a Value membership.

As an annual Facility Plus member, you can keep your membership until it expires. When it does, you will need to purchase a Benefits Plus or a Value membership.

You can also choose to purchase a new membership by visiting your home facility on or after January 10, 2023.

What do I need to do as a Facility Plus monthly pass holder?

As a monthly Facility Plus customer, you can keep your pass until it expires. When it does, you can purchase a Benefits Plus or a Value monthly pass to access a single small or medium recreation centre that you designate as your “home” recreation centre. You can also purchase a monthly Benefits Plus pass to access any City recreation centre.

What do I need to do as a Facility member with a continuous monthly or annual membership?

As a continuous monthly Facility member, you can keep your current membership active for 12 months (until December 31, 2023). After this time, you can choose either a Benefits Plus or a Value membership.

As an annual Facility member, you can keep your current membership until it expires. When you renew, you can purchase a Benefits Plus or a Value membership. The Value membership gets you access to a single “home” facility (small or medium) while the Benefits Plus membership gets you access to our large recreation centres. If you decide on the Value membership, you will need to select a “home” facility at the time of purchase.

Note: Members can upgrade to a new membership product anytime.

When it does, you can purchase a Value monthly pass to access a single small or medium facility that you designate as your “home” recreation centre. You can also purchase a monthly Benefits Plus pass to access all City recreation centres.

What is a Household Membership?

We renamed our family membership to household membership to reflect the benefits of this offering more accurately. The same conditions apply as the membership is available for all members of the same household related by birth, legal status or marriage up to a maximum of seven people.
