How the Program Works
While there is no cost to join the program, there is a requirement that a minimum combination of 5 annual or continuous monthly memberships be purchased within one year from the start date of the company joining the program and each subsequent year of renewal.
- Multi Admission Pass - 15% discount on our already discounted multi admission pass (5+ visits)
- Continuous Monthly Membership - 20% discount off an ongoing monthly membership using our convenient Pre-Authorized Debit Program
- Annual Membership - 20% discount on Annual Memberships
Once the application is approved, employees can enjoy discounted admissions by signing up directly at their facility of choice. Employees will be required to show proof of employment, pre-determined through the application process.

- If you are an employer looking to enrol in the Corporate Wellness Program, or obtain further information on how it can be used to benefit your employees, please fill out this application form and you will be contacted.
