The City owns approximately 61 acres of commercial and industrial land and 243 acres of residential land which will be developed over 16 phases in this neighbourhood. In order to progress development, the City will be submitting an amendment to the Goodridge Corners NASP in 2024.
Phase 3 will be subdivided to make way for 112 units of Residential Mixed Dwelling development. Design will occur in Q2 of 2023.
Milestone
The Phase 3 Rezoning (Charter Bylaw 20465) was approved by City Council on May 15, 2023.
