The new Patio Program is now open for applications!
Patios contribute to vibrant and livable communities and help make Edmonton a place where people want to live, work and thrive.
Restaurants, bars and cafes are invited to plan their patio using the City’s streets and sidewalks. Application and occupancy fees will once again be waived to help minimize costs for businesses.
Please note that the Patio Program applies to patios on public space such as sidewalks and streets. For information about patios wholly located on private property, please visit edmonton.ca/permits or email email@example.com for more information.
