Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2018 Run Walk Ride for Vision Zero that took place on Saturday, June 2, 2018. And thank you to Marked Improvement for their sponsorship.

This family friendly event is all about promoting the importance of traffic safety in our community for everyone: pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and drivers.


When: Saturday June 8, 2019.   

Where: Concordia University of Edmonton, 7128 Ada Boulevard.

What: 2k or 5k run/walk, 10k run and 10k family fun cycle event.

Who: This event is for all ages and abilities. You can walk, run or bike. Dogs on a leash and strollers are welcome.

Cost: Price varies depending on race, team member or single registration, participant's age, and early or late registration. To see prices, click the Running Room registration link.

Parking: Paid parking is available at Concordia University of Edmonton.

In 2015, Edmonton became the first major Canadian City to officially adopt Vision Zero. Vision Zero is the long-term goal of zero traffic fatalities and serious injuries. Net proceeds from this race benefit the Memorial and Traffic Safety Fund which helps to support traffic safety research. Participants are also welcome to make an additional donation to the Memorial and Traffic Safety Fund. Donations are managed by the Edmonton Community Foundation.
