The  proposed amendment area is generally located in the southwest portion of the neighbourhood as identified on the  proposed NSP amendment map .

The proposed amendment will remove 3.18 hectares of land designated for Industrial use and replace it with 2.82 hectares of land designated for low-density residential use and 0.36 hectares of land designated for a transition area between the residential and industrial land uses.
