The application proposes to rezone the property from the Residential Mixed Dwelling Zone (RMD) to the Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD) and from the Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD) to the Residential Mixed Dwelling Zone (RMD).
This rezoning proposal affects a small portion of 3004 66 Street SW. The purpose of the rezoning is to meet the needs for a redesign of the area, including a realignment of the Plum Circle roadway, and the removal of a laneway.
The RMD zone provides for a range of dwelling types and densities including single-detached, semi-detached and row housing.
The RLD zone enables a range of housing forms and provides the flexibility of lot sizes and widths to accommodate a mix of housing types, including Zero Lot Line Development.
