A planning application (map) has been received to rezone land at 9977 178 Street NW. The change from the existing Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) is to add the opportunity for a six-storey seniors’ residential apartment building and to continue the existing commercial development with no change to the provisions.
