A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 17310 90 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone the property from Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to Shopping Centre Zone (CSC).
The intent of the application is to provide for larger shopping centre developments intended to serve a community or regional trade area. Residential, office, entertainment and cultural uses may also be included within such shopping complexes.
The application also includes a proposed amendment to the Summerlea Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP). The NASP will be revised to recognize the proposed zoning.
