A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 10410 and 10508 111 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from an existing provision to a revised provision.
The revised Site Specific Development Control (DC2) provision proposes to modify the existing provisions to allow:
- Minor adjustments to setbacks and landscaping
- An increase to the number of parking stalls and building height on the above-ground parkade
- An interim surface parking lot until the above-ground parkade is needed
- The development of a new Emergency Medical Vehicle facility for 9 vehicles
