The application proposes to rezone the four neighbouring lots from the current Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7), to General Business Zone (CB2).

The General Business Zone (CB2) is intended to provide for businesses that require large sites and a location with good visibility and accessibility along, or adjacent to, major public roadways.
