A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 12414 128 Street NW.

The application proposes to rezone the property from the Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to the Small-Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3).

The proposed Small-Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3) provides opportunities for small-scale residential infill development in the form of single, semi-detached or multi-unit housing containing up to four principal dwellings.

The Mature Neighbourhood Overlay (MNO) would continue to apply to the site if it is rezoned to the RF3 Zone.

Go to maps.edmonton.ca, and select "Zoning” from the menu
Navigate to an area on the map or enter an address to search
In the top right legend, select the green checkbox for “In progress rezoning applications”
Information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) is shown in the box at the bottom of the page
