The proposed RMD Zone allows for the opportunity for single-detached housing, semi-detached housing and (limited) row housing with variation in dwelling types and densities to use land and infrastructure efficiently.
Theproposes multi-unit housing (row housing) with increased height, narrower lots and shallower lots, as compared to the existing RF5 Zone.
