A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 11009 and 11015 109A Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to a new Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The purpose of this rezoning is to replace the existing DC2 Provision, which allows for the development of an 8-storey multi-unit housing development with the opportunity for minor commercial outlets on the ground level, in order to increase the total number of dwelling units from 115 to 125. The rezoning would also change the parking regulations in response to recent changes to parking regulations in the Zoning Bylaw.
