An open house was held at Robertson-Wesley United Church at 10209 123 Street NW. The public had an opportunity to learn more about the proposed rezoning and plan amendment.

Pre-Consultation Discussions

March 13, 2017 - Applicant had pre-consultation meeting with Oliver Community League Civics Committee.

November 7, 2016 - Applicant had a pre-consultation meeting with residents of Carnaby Lane Condos.

October 3, 2016 - Applicant had a pre-consultation meeting with the Oliver Community League.

September 20, 2016 - Pre-application notices mailed out to 606 affected landowners within 240 metres of the site and the Oliver Community League to ask for feedback on the proposed application.

City Processing

April 10, 2017 - City sent notices to surrounding property owners within 240 metres of the site and the Oliver Community League.

April 4, 2017 - City circulated application to City Departments and Utility Agencies for technical review.

March 30, 2017 - City accepted an application to rezone land at 10231 120 Street NW and to amend the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan.
