The current zoning is Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1)

The proposed zoning is Neighbourhood Convenience Zone (CNC). The purpose of this zone is to provide for convenience commercial and personal service uses, which are intended to serve the day-to-day needs of residents within residential neighbourhoods.

The applicant intends to develop a commercial building on the site. There is no plan in effect.
