This planning application (map) is to rezone one lot to allow for the replacement of the existing building with a new, larger, house. The current zoning is Area 2 Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) within the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan.

The proposed zoning is a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2). The proposed amendment to the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan is to change maps to reflect the change in zoning and not to change any policies or objectives of the plan.

St. John's School Site (10231 120 Street NW)

A planning application is being processed for land at 10231 120 Street NW, on the site of the former St. John’s School. This application is comprised of a rezoning and an amendment to the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan.

The proposal is for a building about 12 storeys in height, with townhouse style units located at ground level facing 120 Street NW.

A planning application was received for land at 9918 111 Street NW and 9922 111 Street NW, on sites currently occupied by two single detached houses, one of which has been converted to a commercial building.

This application included a rezoning and an amendment to the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan.

The proposal was for a building approximately 30 storeys in height.

  2. Navigate to an area on the map or enter an address to search.
  3. In the top right legend, select the green checkbox for “In progress rezoning applications” to see proposed rezonings for that address.
  4. You should now see more information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) in the box at the bottom of the page.
