A planning application has been received to rezone the northwest corner of 109 Avenue NW and 139 Street NW. This proposal includes properties at 10904, 10906 and 10908 139 Street NW.
The proposed rezoning is from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed DC2 Provision would allow for the development of two multi-unit housing buildings.

Edmontonians are invited to share their feedback on this proposed rezoning. The proposed rezoning would allow for the development of 2 two-storey residential buildings with a private courtyard, and entrances fronting 109 Avenue and 139 Street.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and help keep Edmontonians and City staff safe, feedback is being accepted for this application through the City’s online virtual engagement tool from February 22–March 8, 2021, in lieu of an in-person engagement session.
Input from Edmontonians will be used to inform conversations with the applicant about potential revision to the proposal to address concerns or opportunities raised. Feedback will also be summarized in the report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to a future City Council Public Hearing for a decision.
