has been received for a property at 11816 66 Street NW.The application proposes to rezone the property from the Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1) to the Urban Services Zone (US).
The purpose of rezoning the site to Urban Services Zone (US) is to accommodate a variety of institutional and community-related uses. A religious assembly which is not a permitted use under the existing CB1 Zone is currently operating on the site, and therefore rezoning to the proposed US Zone is required.
There is no plan in effect for the Montrose Neighbourhood but the area is to be under the guidance of the 118 Avenue District Plan in the future.
