A planning application (map) has been approved to rezone 10741 93 street NW.
The current zoning is Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7).
The proposed rezoning is for a Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to allow for the development of a semi-detached dwelling with a basement secondary suite.
An associated plan amendment to the Boyle Street McCauley ARP is also proposed to ensure the zoning and ARP are in conformance with each other.
