The street addresses are: 7107, 7109, 7111, 7113, 7115, 7117, 7121, 7131, 7133, 7135, 7137, 7145, 7147, 7149, 7151, 7153, 7155, and 7157 May Crescent NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to a revised Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The existing Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2.977) allows for residential and related uses in Areas A and B, and a range of residential and commercial uses in Area C.
Thewould change the existing DC2 Provision to allow for:
- A reduction in the minimum density from 63 dwelling units per hectare to 58 dwelling units per hectare; and
- The addition of residential sales centre, major home-based business, and minor home-based business uses to Areas A and B (as shown on the DC2.977 Appendices)
- Note: The current regulations for the site already allow residential sales centre, major home-based business, and minor home-based business uses in Area C
