Public Hearings for planning applications are being held remotely, and opportunities are being provided to allow the public to submit their comments/concerns either in writing or by registering to speak remotely.

A planning application (map) has been received, proposing to rezone a property at 5836 Mullen Place NW. 

The current zoning is Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).

The proposed zoning is for Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to allow for low-rise apartments up to 4 storeys.

The rezoning conforms to the Mactaggart Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan.
