The application proposes to rezone the property from the Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4) to the Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1).
The proposed Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1) will provide for low-intensity commercial, office and service uses, and limited residential-related uses located along 82 Street NW, the adjacent arterial roadway.
