has been made to rezone portions of 1804 184 Street SWThe current zoning is Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) and Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL).
The proposed zoning is Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD), Residential Mixed Dwelling Zone (RMD), and Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).
The RLD and RMD zones will allow for the development of a mix of low-density housing forms. The
will establish 2 areas for low and medium-density residential housing including:- Shallow-lot single and semi-detached housing with the opportunity to develop both garden suites and secondary suites with the principal dwelling; and
- Shallow-lot row housing and semi-detached housing with rear attached garages
An amendment to the Keswick Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP) has been submitted under a separate application (LDA22-0040) to enable the proposed rezoning.
