Ahas been received for a property at 11315 128 Street NW.
The application proposes to rezone the property from the Urban Services Zone (US) to the Small-Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3).
The proposed RF3 Zone would allow for a mix of small-scale housing, such as single detached housing, semi-detached housing or multi-unit housing up to a maximum of 17 principal dwellings.
An associated amendment to the West Ingle Area Redevelopment Plan is also proposed to enable this rezoning.
This is the third attempt to rezone this property in the last few years. The previous two rezoning applications were refused by City Council:

- LDA21-0032 (proposed RF3 Zone), Refused June 8, 2021
In accordance with Section 24.1(3) of the Zoning Bylaw, the applicant has waited for the required 12 months since the last decision to make another application.
