Ahas been received for properties at 3408 and 3704 153 Avenue NW, 3404, 3421 and 3650 158 Avenue NW, 15930 34 Street NW, and 15304, 15510, 15704 and 15705 37 Street NW.
This current DC1 Provision allows for commercial, retail and office uses that are to be developed in a shopping complex format. Residential development is only permitted in the northeast corner of the site.
Thewould remove a density maximum of 225 dwellings per hectare for residential development and replace it with a density minimum of 75 dwellings per hectare.
