An application (map) has been made to rezone 1503 to 1540 and 1542 157 Street SW, 150 Glenridding Ravine Rd. SW, 1705 Rabbit Hill Rd SW and 1821 Rabbit Hill Road SW
The current zoning is Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed zoning is for Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD) and Direct Development Control Provision (DC1). The proposed RLD Zone will allow for housing forms with flexibility for lot sizes and widths. The proposed DC1 Zone will allow for a unique row housing product that is currently permitted with the existing DC2 zoning for the site.
An associated amendment to the Glenridding Ravine Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP) is proposed concurrently to re-designate a portion of the site from Row Housing to Low Density Residential land use.
