Ahas been received for the proposed rezoning of a property at 10110 79 Street NW.
The proposed rezoning is from the Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CNC) to the Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1). The proposed rezoning would allow for an expanded list of permitted and discretionary uses.
The Main Streets Overlay applies to the site under both the current and proposed zones to encourage and strengthen the pedestrian-oriented character of the street by providing visual interest, transparent storefront displays, and amenities for pedestrians.
