has been received for properties at 707 75 Street SW and 811 75 Street SW.The application proposes to rezone the properties from the Rural Residential Zone (RR) to the Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1).
The proposed CB1 Zone would allow for:
- A maximum height of 12.0 metres (approximately 3 storeys)
- A maximum Floor Area Ratio of 2.0
- The development of commercial, office, and services uses; and
- Opportunities for residential development above the first storey
Associated applications have been made to amend the Ellerslie Area Structure Plan and the Ellerslie Neighbourhood Structure Plan to enable the proposed rezoning.
