The application proposes to rezone the properties from an existing Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2.1175) to Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).

The  proposed DC2 Provision will maintain the existing uses and seeks to increase the maximum height on a portion of the property from 12 metres to 16 metres to accommodate multi-unit housing with ground-floor commercial uses.
