A planning application (map) has been received for neighbouring properties at 19903 Lessard Road NW, and 3704, 3910, and 4050 199 Street NW.
The applications proposes to rezone the properties from:
- Agricultural Zone (AG)
- Public Parks Zone (AP)
- Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4), and
- Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL)
- Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CNC)
- Direct Development Control Provision (DC1)
- Public Utility Zone (PU)
- Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7)
The proposed zones enable the development of single detached housing, semi-detached housing, apartment housing, stormwater management facility, and commercial uses.
The proposed DC1 Provision enables development of single detached housing with the elimination of one side yard setback.
