A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 19903 Lessard Road NW, and 4045 and 4050 199 Street NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CNC) and Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed DC2 zoning would allow for a mixed-use development including low or medium-rise apartments with opportunities for main floor commercial uses.
There is an associated amendment to the Edgemont Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) to add a mixed-use land use designation.
