The application proposes to rezone the property from the Public Utility Zone (PU) to the Medium-Rise Apartment Zone (RA8). The proposed rezoning would allow for medium-rise multi-unit housing development up to a maximum of 23 metres in height (approximately 6 storeys) with the potential for ground-floor commercial uses.
If approved, the site would be consolidated with the adjacent RA8 site to the east.
