A planning application (map) has been received to rezone properties at 4205 and 4265C 23 Avenue NW.
The current zoning is Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) and the proposed zoning is a revised Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2). The current DC2 Provision allows for a range of commercial uses. If approved, the proposed DC2 Provision will expand the list of commercial uses allowed on site including, but not limited to: Bars and Neighbourhood Pubs, Breweries, Wineries, and Distilleries, Cannabis Retail Sales, and Digital Signs.
The Mill Woods Development Concept is in effect for this area. The plan supports neighbourhood commercial sites along transit routes and at road intersections.
